1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a domain from Domain Perks, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital asset "as is". We make every effort to verify metrics, but third-party metrics (Moz, Ahrefs, Majestic) are subject to change by their respective providers.

2. Domain Transfer Policy

Upon receipt of payment, we will initiate the transfer process within 24 hours. You are responsible for providing a valid account at a compatible registrar (e.g., Namecheap, GoDaddy, Dynadot) to receive the domain push.

3. Refunds and Returns

Due to the irreversible nature of domain transfers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the domain has been pushed to your account. In the rare event that we cannot deliver a domain due to technical issues on our end, a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use domains purchased from us for illegal activities, phishing, malware distribution, or any activity that violates the policies of ICANN.
